"Just a short line to say how stunningly shiny my wife's car is now. I am very impressed with the performance of the sample products you kindly gave me last week. I used the products as a system, as you recommended.
Firstly, I used the polish/wax (Extra Wax Polish) on a test area with immediate positive results. I also noticed it had the ability to remove some fine swirl marks and other imperfections (residue blemish from birds). I therefore tested the product, using it very much in the way I would as T-cut to astonishing results. Two 'cloudy' areas (one on bonnet and one on roof) where I had attempted to T-cut blemishes before disappeared using your product! I admit though, it did take up to 6 applications rubbing hard with a soft cloth before it achieved the desired high quality finish. (Our Comment: Cut & Shine would have been better suited for this task). The effect was amazing though as compared with T-cut, which I have used sparingly in the past because of the poor results. I have found that although T-cut can remove imperfections, it tends to leave a cloudy patch of fine swirls, which the wax finish I was previously using did not cover up).
When it became too dark outside last night, I then moved the car into the garage to finish off, under fluorescent lighting! This helped me concentrate on one or two final blemished areas before moving onto the final stage of applying the special polish (Ultra Gloss Polish). As directed, I used this all over the car, allowing it to dry and then easily buffed off to an incredible depth of shine. With the vehicle being black under fluorescent lighting it was like looking into a mirror!
The final application of the polish, which to me seems to be more like a wax (the one like you have to keep shaking) is so easy to buff up compared to the solid wax I have been using in the past and I hope that it will give it the same high level of protection. I do seem to recall you saying that it did contain Carnauba.
To round off, I have done inside the doors, the boot and the wheels and the vehicle (black Ford Puma) is now looking absolutely pristine and further more should now have a well protected surface as we move into the winter.

Hello I’m Tim from Club-306. I bought the Ultimate Car Cleaning Kit from you last week and after a short phone call to you about the synthetic chamois leather, you asked for some feed back.
The shampoo left no smear marks on the paint work which was a very nice surprise, and the wheel cleaner really made life easier. When it came to the polish I was very, very happy because it has the easy application of the Meguiar’s Gold Class, but the removal was so effortless and left no swirl marks or left-over polish on at all. I have always found with Meguiar’s that I was always left with swirl marks and residue which left me buffing the paint work for a long time, so to be able to remove your polish with ease and no marks at all was a very pleasant surprise. The trim care worked well, even removing the white polish marks off the black trim, which is always a pain at the best of the time. When it came to the tyre dressing, I have always been a fan of the wet look, after using yours it left it a very matt black colour which has grown on me, at first I though it wasn't as nice but as I say it has grown on me.
In all honesty your products are brilliant and I will be converting over to Black Diamond, and at all the car shows I do, I shall bring out my black bucket and rave about how good your products are.

I wonder if you can help me.
I recently bought a car from Motorcity in Plymouth and have had it treated with Supaguard. Whenever I wash the car at home, I can never get the same deep finish as I get, when I drop the car in for work at the garage (they always valet it for me). I enquired as to what wash product they use. They replied that they use Black Diamond Wash and Wax. Is it possible for me to pop up from Plymouth and purchase 5Lt or do you sell it to retail outlets.

I had some time at work yesterday afternoon so I thought I would use the Black Diamond Valeting Kit that Jo bought me for Christmas.
The Valeting Kit itself comes with a wide range of products:

The items in red were the items I used yesterday afternoon on my car.
Most of you know how to wash a car so I won't bore you with the details. What I will do is review all the products I used on my car then show you the pictures once I have finished.
Car Shampoo - non waxing *****
I have to admit, I was very impressed with this product. You have a lot of foam that will stay in the bucket for 20-30 minutes - ideal to keep the soap in the water so you're car gets a proper wash. Excellent at removing road grime and small impurities on the paintwork so less claying. I have used Autoglym and Meguiars Shampoo and the foam disappears after 5 minutes and don't think they are as good at cleaning the cars.
Wheel Wizard *****
My alloys had loads of muck and brake dust on them. I sprayed on the Wheel Wizard,
left it 5 minutes and gently rubbed off with an old sponge – perfect.
The muck and brake dust came off with ease and there was no need for intense scrubbing with a toothbrush which I usually have to do when I wash the car. This product breaks down the brake dust better then any other product I have used.
Synthetic Chamois Leather *****
Personally, I don't like these as much as real chamois leathers. I just feel as though they don't dry the car as well as real ones. This product was still good to use and dried the car well although it was fairly stiff to work with.
Extra Wax Polish *****
Excellent easy to use wax that leaves a fantastic shine on your paintwork. Performs well if water (from underneath the door seals) gets caught up in the wax.
Long-Life Tyre Dressing *****
Put a bit on the sponge rub around the tyre wall.
Left my tyres looking sexy again and was very easy to apply.
My final review...
The products are excellent to use on your car and create a fantastic shine with little effort.
I will be buying one of these kits again in the future.
